Information Technology Services

The IT Paw offers business analysis, project management and data analysis services. Business analyst (BA), project manager (PM), and data analyst (DA) are critical roles in data-driven business and IT projects. These roles complete each other and share the same common goal: improving your business. They allow your company to grow and compete in today's market.

These three roles overlap, but their perspectives are different. A business analyst is mainly concerned about the solutions which improve your processes, products, services, and software. As the project manager is accountable for the project's success or failure, the project manager's perspective is building your solution in time, budget, and scope with high quality and satisfaction. A data analyst makes sense of your data and puts it in a format that makes your data-driven business decisions easy.

How The IT PAW works with you

Listen, plan, build, evaluate & improve are the generic steps that the IT PAW takes when working with you regardless of the role or solution.

The most common reason for project failure is a lack of clear goals. Therefore, the first step is to listen to your challenges, needs and goals carefully. Once there is a full understanding of the issue at hand, the goals are easier to set.

The next step is to plan the best solution to your current challenge. There is a saying that if the organization fails to plan, then they plan to fail. The IT PAW wants to avoid this.

The solution will then be created with necessary constraints in mind, such as time, schedule, and budget.

Finally, the IT PAW makes sure that the solution is solving the need or problem through evaluation. Also, the result will be assessed for future recommendations of how to improve the solution.
